The Space: This wonderful 3 bedroom double storey villa in De Waterkant is private and quiet, yet a short walk down to the trendy De Waterkant area with many restaurants and bars. Set over 2 levels, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms on the lower level along with an open plan kitchen & living/dining area. On the upper floor, you’ll find a further one en-suite bedroom, kitchen and lounge area; leading on to a balcony with the second pool. For smaller groups, this villa can be rented separately as a one bedroom penthouse or a 2 bedroom apartment. Other Things to Note: Air-con is not available throughout the property.
