Welcome to Bird Rock, an Property Manager home!
This property is situated in a quiet La Jolla neighborhood. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outside, you’ll find a great dining area with BBQ usable year-round. With lounge chairs looking onto the beach, a ping pong table, and boogie boards! As an added bonus, our home showcases amazing original pieces by local artists. The property is just one block from Bird Rock and two blocks from great restaurants and shops. We are a quick 20 minutes to downtown San Diego and its famous Zoo, and 30 minutes from San Diego Airport.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
