A night out in Liverpool is the best in Europe. And every great night has a vital ingredient: all your friends! Luckily for you, this beautiful, recently renovated house has room for everyone. There are soft double beds to sleep off the hangover, modern bathrooms to revive yourself, a fully-equipped kitchen to make the brekky, and the perfect little garden for that morning coffee. The buzzing city centre is just 5 mins away in a taxi, and one quick bus will take you directly to the station. 1. Please read my cancelation policy under the cancelation section.
2. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable to pay a minimum fine of £250 and for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
3. Standard Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request with a minimal fee.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids not allowed. Infants not allowed.
