Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Infants and Children are allowed at this property but it will be subject to approval. Please enquire before proceeding to book. Please also note if considered, that the apartment is not baby proof.
- - Guest minimum age is 21.
- - Infants will be counted as a guest
- - No loud noise in garden after 11PM
- - Strictly no stag or hen parties
- - Strictly NO smoking inside the property and on balconies (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional
- cleaning)
- - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- - Pets are generally not allowed at this property. Depending on the type of pet, this can be considered but with a fee of £65 per pet/stay. Please reach out to us to check if pets can be allowed. Pets, when approved, are limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
- - You will be charged £30 per day if you bring a second vehicle. Please note that the car park is monitored.
- - Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access via the Guest Manual. If this was not followed, a fee of £40 per full refuse or recycling bin will be charged.
- - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
- Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Property Manager lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.
