The villa spreads over three floors and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, indoor pool, sauna with shower and it is perfect vacation villa for 6 guests.
The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dinning room and living area with flat screen TV. Interior is modern, fully of sunlight and warm. On the lower floor there is an indoor pool (16 square meters), sauna with shower and direct access to the sunny terrace.
The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and has floor – to – ceiling windows that let in the surrounding nature and emphasize the beautiful view.
The villa is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi Internet access and video intercom. There is also a private parking for two cars at the guest’s disposal. If you want to relax and feel the warmth of sun rays, there is a private rocky beach just few steps...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
