You can enjoy the perfect sun and beach holidays in this wonderful apartment. Access to the beach from the terrace is just a few steps away. The large terrace communicates with the well-kept community garden and has everything you may need to enjoy the good weather on the island: two sun loungers for sunbathing and a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy a copious breakfast in the morning or a drink at sunset while contemplating the sand and the sea.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. From the terrace we access a 2 levelled space with AC: the living room (with satellite TV) on the terrace level and the dining room and kitchen (with an American bar and electric stove) a few steps up. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
