Walk to the Alligator Farm, stroll over to the St Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, bike to the historic St. Augustine downtown area or take a short ride to Anastasia State Park where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, see nesting turtles, or go kayaking in the estuary and watch the sea turtles and dolphins swim by.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
- No pets allowed. There isn't a fee for certified service animals but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
- This is a nonsmoking property.
