This beautiful second floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is only 100 feet from the ocean! It is newly decorated with a beachy feel. Being a corner unit, you’ll have the added benefits of extra windows (and sunlight and ocean breezes) and a more private balcony.
The dining area seats four comfortably and there are bar stools for the extras who like counter-height seating. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a TV in all three areas. There is a well - stocked kitchen including essential cooking oils and spices, and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a workstation for you to use should the need arise along with free WIFI and cable. It offers a spacious ocean view with a private walkway to the beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
