Located within the Inlet Heights neighborhood, this brand new beach home is the perfect gathering place for entertaining any group. The community pool is only 0.4 miles away and leads directly to the community’s dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports. On the south, the home is just 1/2 mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
- This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
- Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
- Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
- Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
- Quiet hours for this community are from 10PM to 8AM CT. Please be respectful of neighbours within the community. Persistent violations of noise ordinances may result in eviction.
