The entrance is on the first floor with only stairs. Entering the apartment you will immediately find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; in the same harmonious environment you will find the living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV with german satellite channels, overlooking the comfortable balcony, where you can enjoy lunches and dinners enjoying the lake climate.
The living room leads to the large double bedroom with wardrobe and work area. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Air conditioning and communal garden. Swimming pool available to guests, mandatory swimming cap, no deck chairs available.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
