The Golden Beach apartment is a lovely modern two bedroom apartment located just a few hundred meters from the popular Arenal beach of Property Manager. With its south facing aspect, this apartment receives the best of the sun throughout the day whilst offering its guests the option to retreat inside to the cool air-conditioned living spaces.
The complex itself is a secure gated complex with a large swimming pool, children’s pool, large mature gardens, underground parking and lift access to the second floor apartment.
With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all the necessary amenities are also all with in a short walk with the nearest shops less than 100 meters away.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
