Just 1 hour from São Paulo and overlooking Pedra Grande, the famous postcard of Atibaia, our house on the lake is the ideal place for those looking for an escape from the chaos of the city. Surrounded by a lot of green, we can offer direct contact with nature and one of the most beautiful sunsets.
Our beautiful country house has four suites, all with air conditioning (cold and hot function), which perfectly serve groups of up to nine people, arranged in three bedrooms with a double bed each and the last bedroom with a double bed and a double bed. single.
We have a living room with TV and sofas, super airy and with privileged natural lighting. We also have a dining room with a table for eight and a full open space kitchen.
In the outdoor area, we have a new swimming pool with infinity edge, wood-fired pizza oven, Argentine parrilla barbecue and hanging rocking chairs, all surrounded by lots of greenery...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport);
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 20:00. Failure to comply will result in a fine of BRL 5,000;
- 3. Parties and events allowed UPON EARLY REQUEST. Forbidden to hire a band, musical duo, DJ and use of sound box. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines;
- 4. We accept small pets, on request and upon payment of a fee (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
- 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas;
- 6. Children allowed;
- 7. Internet 100 Mega;
- 8. Check in can be done until 6 pm. After this time, the caretakers will no longer be available to receive guests;
- 9. It is mandatory to hire our housekeeper to help organize the house throughout your stay;
- 10. A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will serve for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges;
- 11. We do not accept extra guests than agreed and unannounced parties;
- 12. If you want to set off fireworks on site, ask in advance, as we need to remove the horses from the stable, as they are extremely sensitive to noise. The fires have to be released from the picket, with supervision of the caretaker. If guests release fireworks or fireworks without prior notice, fines will be applied;
- 13. Space for 4 cars;
- 14. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
