The Home
Located in a condominium with complete infrastructure in Guarujá facing Pintangueiras beach, our apartment accommodates up to 8 people.
- The condominium has exclusive beach service with 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas.
- For your convenience we provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows for our guests.
Our apartment has about 170 m² and a view of the sea. Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably in beds in a suite, and two bedrooms with a single bed and a bunk bed. All rooms have air conditioning and the suite has a TV.
The apartment has two entrances (social and service), dining and TV room with fans, bar and a glazed balcony with armchairs, tables and sofas, in addition to an incredible view of the sea.
Our kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a freezer, a bench with 4 seats and all the necessary utensils for a family’s stay, as well as a large laundry area with a washing machine.

The Neighborhood
We are located in the Corsica and Sardinia condominium, facing Pitangueiras beach, with large front balconies and a complete leisure structure. Pitangueiras beach has fine and clear sand, it is between the beaches of Asturias and Enseada, with a family atmosphere and ample local structure.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport);
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from a daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any);
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited;
- 4. No pets allowed
- 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas;
- 6. Children allowed;
- 7. A security deposit of R$ 1.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges;
- 8. Provides 2 parking spaces in the garage.
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 1000 BRL
