Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport) and a current selfie to register at the concierge and release access.
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visits only upon prior request and sending documents to My Host.
- - No pets allowed
- - No smoking in the apartment.
- - There are no child protection screens in the apartment.
- - We provide bedding, bath towel and microfiber blanket
- - We do not have a parking space, however, it is possible to park in the parking lot next to the property.
- - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 1000 BRL
