The Home
Our house is inside a safe and quiet condominium, located 100m2 from Juquehy beach, being possible to walk.
We comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 2 suites and 2 rooms that have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor providing accessibility for those who need it.
The house is functional, practical and very well decorated. We have a nice living room with sofas, armchairs and TV. Next to it we have a table for meals or a home office.
Next to the living room we have a full kitchen that has all the utensils and appliances necessary for the stay: stove, refrigerator, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pans, table with seating for meals and much more.
In addition, we offer a leisure structure with barbecue and dining table. The pool is shared with the other houses in the condominium.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Because we are surrounded by nature, it is a perfect place for bike rides. We are just 150m from the beach, close to Chapéu de Sol Restaurant, Juquehy Shopping, supermarkets and pharmacy.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
- 5. No pets allowed
- 6. Children allowed.
- 7. A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 8. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final value of the reservation.
- 9. Visits are prohibited.
