Our house is inside a safe and quiet condominium, located 100m2 from Juquehy beach, being possible to walk. We comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 2 suites and 2 rooms that have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor providing accessibility for those who need it. The house is functional, practical and very well decorated. We have a nice living room with sofas, armchairs and TV. Next to it we have a table for meals or a home office. Next to the living room we have a full kitchen that has all the utensils and appliances necessary for the stay: stove, refrigerator, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pans, table with seating for meals and much more. In addition, we offer a leisure structure with barbecue and dining table. The pool is shared with the other houses in the condominium. We have Wi-Fi and a parking space for 1 car, so parking other cars next to the condo is not a problem. There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Because we are surrounded by nature, it is a perfect place for bike rides. We are just 150m from the beach, close to Chapéu de Sol Restaurant, Juquehy Shopping, supermarkets and pharmacy.
