HOUSE RULES
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- If you use the gas grill please close the gas when not in use.
- Rinse sand at the shower next to the pool before entering the unit or showering in the bathrooms or you will clog the drains
- You smoke, you lose your deposit
- Best to not drop paper towel in toilet
- Keep AC off when not needed or not in the unit and 23C when on
- Be kind and report any abnormalities
- Mandatory to enjoy at least one sunset at the beach
