Luxurious and comfortable living in one of the most prestigious developments of Playas del Coco. The Pacifico Resort community is as exotic as the natural beauty that surrounds it. This condo has three bedrooms in total, the master bedroom with a king bed, master bath, Jacuzzi and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has two single beds and a third TV room with a sofa bed for additional guests.
HOUSE RULES
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - This is a none smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. On top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- - No pets are allowed in the house.
