Enjoy amazing sunsets from the pool while inside the prestigious Hermosa Heights complex where you have restaurants and bars and the only Beach Cinema in the area.
The beach is clear by and you are about 6 kms from Playas del Coco.
This lovely bungalow is located in Hermosa Heights at Playa Hermosa in Carrillo, Costa Rica.
The complex has a movie theater, salon, restaurants and is only walking distance from the beach.
The unit has a lock box so you will get a code to check in at anytime after 3pm
We are as available as you want us to be. It is very easy to check in with the code for the lock box and we are availble via (Hidden by Airbnb) or email or sms
We are in the same complex as the Beach Cinema, Sand’s Bar and Amy’s Hair Salon.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- - No pets are allowed in the house.
- - No parties or events are allowed.
- - Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- - Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.
- - Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium.
- - On rentals over one week there is a $100 cap on electricity, so please be kind with ACs and the use of light. Think green!
- -Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach!
