NO PETS ALLOWED CHILD AMENITIES Pack & Play and highchairs are available for $40 each. HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS Guests are provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper upon check-in. For longer stays, additional supplies will need to be purchased. LAUNDRY SERVICE A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days before departure. Guests are kindly asked to leave it where it has been placed. LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE Landscape vendors access the backyard once per week. SECURITY CAMERAS For your safety, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. IMPORTANT NOTE We strive to ensure a 5-star experience for all guests. If an amenity breaks during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights.
