Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Crib: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 5 EUR. Max.: 50 EUR. Max. quantity: 1.
- Late Check In after 2:00 / reservation: 50 EUR per booking.
- Late Check out 14:00 a 15:00 : 45 EUR per booking.

- Late Check In 24:00 - 01:00 / reservation: 40 EUR per booking.
- Late Check out 12:00 a 14:00: 40 EUR per booking.
- Heating: included in the price.
- Pet: 10 EUR per day. Min.: 10 EUR. Max.: 200 EUR. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - Pets rules:
