Welcome to the Kaizen Guesthaus, a gorgeous upscaled and luxurious home located only 3 miles from Main St. Fredericksburg. This home is custom designed for hosting multi-family, couples, and friends getaways with its open space living concept and expansive dining and kitchen areas. From having a family dinner or game of pool to enjoying s’mores or an evening cocktail at the outdoor fireplace or newly expanded deck area with string lights, there is so much to do at our home with your loved ones.
The property consists of two separate houses, the main home and a guest cabin with each having 2 considerable sized bedrooms (all with king beds) and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 comfortably, and a foldout futon in the cabin. The Main house offers a large master bedroom leading to a private outdoor patio to enjoy a cup of coffee and the beautiful morning sunrises as well as a spa-like retreat with a large soaking tub. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
