In winter, you are a mile from Eagle Lodge and The Village (1.2 miles) that can be easily reached using the convenient Green/Purple Line shuttles with a shuttle stop right in front of the complex (stop #46). For those heavy snow winter days, there is no need to drive as you can easily walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment (all within a half-mile). Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
  • 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
  • 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
  • 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
  • 5. Only park in designated spots
  • 6. No charcoal grills allowed
  • 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
