Our lovely unit is in the closest Summit building to the slopes! Directly adjacent to the Eagle Lodge parking lot (literally steps) and walking distance to Chair 15 and Eagle Lodge! No driving or struggling for parking - you can even walk home for lunch or a mid-day rest. This is a ski-in/ski-out (from Eagle Lodge) property.
This condo was remodeled mid-2017. It is a 2 bedroom plus (enclosed) loft, 2.25 bath property with upgraded bathrooms, flooring and carpeting, paint and wood. We have also added new quartz countertops, a dishwasher and furniture. Additional amenities include new pillows, down comforters, and Wi-Fi, as well as one assigned underground parking spot (other spots available on a first come, first served basis).
The complex has 4 hot tubs (2 just outside the back door), 2 swimming pool areas with BBQs (restricted to summer months), a sauna, as well as laundry and workout facilties. New on-site...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
- 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
- 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
- 5. Only park in designated spots
- 6. No charcoal grills allowed
- 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
