Welcome to our Sunrise home in Mammoth Lakes, California! This vacation home is spacious with beautiful views, provides great amenities, and is close to the year-round fun Mammoth Lakes offers!
Sunrise is in the majestic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes and walking distance to Mammoth Creek (excellent trout fishing), Mammoth Creek Park playground, The Stove restaurant, Mammoth Tavern, and Balck Doubt Brewery tasting room. It is also steps away from the free Red and Green Line shuttles which take you to the lifts, The Village, Main Lodge, and all over town. The condo is even close to Vons, Mammoth Brewery, and Snowcreek Athletic Club.
When you arrive, walk up one flight of outside stairs to enter the end-unit condo. It is 2 stories with vaulted ceilings, nice wood beams, and many windows to watch the snowfall and lose yourself in the surrounding mountains. The condo has a keyless entry with plenty of storage both...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
- 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
- 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
- 5. Only park in designated spots
- 6. No charcoal grills allowed
- 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
