This unit is in Snowcreek phases 1-3, has 2 parking spaces, access to a community hot tub, and will magnify your Mammoth experience. Enter the unit, after walking a simple 3 steps up to the front door, and make the choice: fly up the first flight of stairs to the main level or claim your bedroom before checking out the rest of the accommodations.
The 2 bedrooms are located downstairs - awfully great for those who tend to "overpack." Both bedrooms have beautiful street-level views of the wilderness. Both bathrooms are downstairs with a laundry facility in the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed and provides sliding glass doors leading onto a first floor porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an outside window. Both of these bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and plenty of closet/storage space.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
- 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
- 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
- 5. Only park in designated spots
- 6. No charcoal grills allowed
- 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
