During the winter, it’s just a short walk from the condo to Eagle Lodge. This unit is part of the Summit II complex, which offers two swimming pools, three hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. It is across the street from the bus stop, bike path, and Sierra Star Golf Course. This 1bed/1bath unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The unit was recently painted and outfitted will all new stainless steel appliances.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
- 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
- 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
- 5. Only park in designated spots
- 6. No charcoal grills allowed
- 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
