It’s conveniently located just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge on Mammoth Mountain, so you can avoid the daily parking hassles at the ski slopes, and even come home for a relaxing lunch at a fraction of the cost of the lodge restaurants.
Rainbow Villas Complex offers two parking spaces just outside your front door, and a coded resort lock entry. No need to pick up or drop off keys anywhere, making late-night arrivals very convenient. There’s no worrying about lost keys, sharing keys with your group, or getting locked out.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
- 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
- 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
- 5. Only park in designated spots
- 6. No charcoal grills allowed
- 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
