Welcome to our single family pool and spa home located so close to everything that Naples has to offer! Guests will love the layout of our home with its split bedrooms, multiple dining areas inside and out, and fun artwork. As soon as you enter the front door you look out to the amazing pool with its above ground spa and rock waterfall - you will feel like you have been transported to your own private resort! Upon entering the home you come into the entryway and you will be able to see the dining room, the family room, the main bedroom door to your right and straight back to our waterfall flowing directly into the above ground spa and then right into the pool!
The dining spaces include a formal dining set for 4 that is right off the front door that has views to the lush landscape in both the front and the back of the home. We also have a more informal dining set in the kitchen that has direct access to the lanai and...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Parties not allowed.
