Villa Xplores is an exclusive luxury villa on one level, ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility. It has spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and bright rooms. Without a doubt, this is one of our favourite properties in Gran Canaria due to its good value for money.
This fantastic private villa is the perfect accommodation for your holiday in the Canary Islands. It has 3 double bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The house has another bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need for your holiday.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 2.2 EUR per person per day (departure day included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).

- Pet: 50 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 29 EUR per booking.
- Crib: 69 EUR per booking.
- Arrival out of schedule: 69 EUR per booking.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
