Wonderful apartment for 6 people in Denia, with shared pool and only 2 km away from the beach.
One of the great wonders of this apartment is the exterior area of the urbanisation and the fact that it’s only 2 km away from the beach. Every morning, you can enjoy your breakfast at the terrace, in front of the shared salt pool and then enjoy a cool dip in it or maybe head for the beach. The pool sizes 16.85 x 9.59 metres and the depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. It also features an integrated children pool that sizes 7 x 5 metres has has a 0.9 metres water depth. Around the pool you can bask in the sun on the lawn area or on the two sun loungers at the apartment top terrace.

Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
