The Home

The condo is located in a 4-plex building along 4th Street in Covington. On the first floor you will find a living-room, kitchen, full bathroom and two queen bedrooms. On the lower level is the family room with a foosball table and a couch that can be converted to a queen bed, and a half bathroom and laundry units for your use. Free street parking on the side-street is typically readily available, as well as an reserved space in the back of the building. Since some guests may find the nearby road noise to be somewhat of a nuisance, we provide a white noise machine for additional comfort while sleeping.

Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
