The villa is in a quiet, residential area surrounded by other luxury villas, but within a short drive of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Walk out the back door, down a few steps, and into the warm, calm, clear waters of world-famous Chalk Sound. Enjoy stunning views of Chalk Sound National Park and soak in the constant relaxing breeze on the expansive patio and pool area, or take a short walk or 2 minute drive to incredible Taylor Bay beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Mid-week Clean: 200 USD per booking.
- Baby high chair: 15 USD per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Groceries: 100 USD per booking.
- Heated Pool: 50 USD per day.
- Crib: 25 USD per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- Additional Housekeeping: 200 USD per day.
- Credit Card (If paying with credit card please check 4% fee): 4% of the booking price.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
