This family friendly villa, located 400 feet from world-famous Grace Bay beach, has its’ own private path to the azure blue waters and crystal fine shimmering sands we are renowned for.
Sitting on two private acres, with nothing between the house and the beach, privacy is paramount.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Air-conditioning: 0.55 USD per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Mid-week Clean: 200 USD per booking.
- Groceries: 100 USD per booking.
- Credit Card (If paying with credit card please check 4% fee): 4% of the booking price.
- Extra Beds: 75 USD per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Heated Pool: 125 USD per day.
- Additional Housekeeping: 200 USD per day.
- Baby high chair: 15 USD per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Crib: 25 USD per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 14 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
