Inside, the space is filled with natural light and the lake views are your background. With 3 bedrooms and a combined lounge bedroom, your guests can have privacy and be together at the same time. An amazing location that’s just a short ride from all the popular hill country sites and adventures. Perrisos Vineyards is less than 2 miles away!
IMPORTANT: If you are part of an all adult group, please note we only allow a maximum of 10 adults on-site at all times. We do not accept reservations from bachelor party groups, college/frat party groups, loud music house party groups or teen/prom groups with chaperones.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
