The other bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The great room is so pretty with comfy furniture and a large flat-screen TV to enjoy, which is a smart TV and cable is provided. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, seating at the counter for 4, and lots of cupboard space stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. The dining room table is huge and will seat up to 8 easily. Outside on the covered deck, enjoy a lovely outdoor living space with a propane grill, and patio seating to enjoy around the awesome fire table. Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms and a family room with the Pac-Man game and the air hockey game. There is a laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and a full bathroom. There is a super fun bunk room for the kids with a Twin over full bunk and a Triple twin bunk bed. The fifth bedroom is so pretty with a queen bed and a sofa. All bedrooms have their own TVs which totals 7 TVs in the house! Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community!
