Villa Demoiselle is situated in the picturesque, peaceful and small coastal town Slano in Dubrovnik Riviera, only 33 km from the World Heritage site of Dubrovnik. The entire Dubrovnik area is known for its picturesque landscapes, rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild climate, and charming settlements. Dubrovnik is an unavoidable destination of the Adriatic in which the bathing season begins in April and lasts until October, thanks to the pleasant climate and more than 250 sunny days a year. Slano is a small place, but it offers it’s visitors everything they need: beautiful beaches, both sand and pebble, under the shade of trees that extend all the way to the sea, and with lots of sport activities, numerous restaurants, taverns and coffee bars, beautiful nature and the crystal blue sea.

Modern Villa Demoiselle with pool spreads over 290m² and it is distributed over three levels: ground floor, first and second floor connected with indoor staircases. Villa is perfect for larger groups or two families - ideal for comfortable accommodation for up to 10 persons.
This modern villa has an outdoor pool, a terrace with few sunbeds, seating and dining area – ideal place to settle down with a glass of wine, close family and a plate of Dalmatian delicacies. On the lower ground floor there is a spacious garage which is connected with indoor stairs with ground floor of the villa, where you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a private bathroom and additional toilet. The living room and dining area are connected to the yard by a glass wall that lets in light and opens up space. On this floor, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The first floor has 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and modern designed en-suite bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms overlooking the beautiful bay where you will enjoy in stunning view when you wake up in the morning.
On the top floor of the Villa is a gorgeous suite with two single beds, en suite bathroom, walk in shower and living room with stunning views on the bay from the top. A large folding glass door allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea.
Slano bay offers you many activities nearby Villa Demoiselle. If you want to have a fun day you can rent Jet Ski, boat, scuba or bike and have an adventure or even find some hiking trails with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Slano is a small town and a bay, located 37 kilometers north from the town of Dubrovnik. Slano was important part of the Dubrovnik Republic, a part of which it became in 14th century and it served as a seat of Rector of the Republic and a holiday resort of Republic’s nobility. Up to this day, the Rectors court and several summerhouses are well preserved and serve as reminders of the might, power and cultural achievements of the Republic. Slano is one of the most picturesque places of the Dubrovnik Riviera, situated in a gentle bay 2 km long, a fine beach, with thick pine and olive groves, a long cultural tradition and numerous historic monuments, from prehistoric to the recent ones. The Franciscan church of St. Hieronymus is among the finest in this area and dates from the 15th century.
