The condominium offers an exclusive area at Praia do Curral with chairs, sun loungers, umbrella, bathroom and shower. In addition, it offers an internal transport service that takes you to and from the condominium to the beach.
Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a large space with a living room, TV room and dining room, all integrated. On the same floor, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay.

The Neighborhood
One of the favorites among tourists, Praia do Curral, where our house is located, pleases both the landscape and the excellent infrastructure. The place has a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as leisure options such as diving, speedboat rides, visits to waterfalls and trails in the woods. The Yacamin Reserva Residencial Condominium where we are located has a complete leisure infrastructure with gym, playground, sports court, outdoor pool and sauna.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - There are no child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
