The Home

Located right on the sand at Praia da Armação, our house is the ideal place to spend relaxing days in front of the sea.

Our house is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 8 guests. The larger rooms are ideal for 6 people (two suites with a double bed each and a double room with two single beds). There is also a slightly simpler mezzanine with 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning.

The living room is very spacious with TV, fireplace, sofas, armchairs, a dining table that turns into a pool table. The kitchen is connected to this room and has all the necessary utensils for your stay.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the house, which can be accessed through the living room doors. It has a jacuzzi overlooking the sea, sun loungers, hammocks, swings, dining table and cozy sofas. The Neighborhood

Praia da Armação is a beautiful beach and great to go with children. It has a swing in the trees, a chapel, a playground and it is possible to walk to Praia do Pinto, which has a very nice pier to take pictures.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. After the reservation is formalized, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests will need a valid photo document (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
  • 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Non-compliance will be charged with a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to the condominium rules (if)
  • 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
  • 4. No pets allowed
  • 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas
  • 6. Children allowed
  • 7. Due to the size and complexity of the house, it will be necessary to hire two employees. Amounts charged separately and confirmed after booking confirmation.
  • 8. Bed and bath linen included in the daily rate
  • 9. Space for 2 cars
  • 10. The jacuzzi is cleaned weekly, if it needs maintenance, please let us know.
  • 11. A security deposit of R$ 4.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
  • 12. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
