Located in a privileged area in Ilhabela, our house accommodates up to 9 people in 3 suites and a bedroom. It has a jacuzzi, infinity pool and sauna overlooking the sea.
Close to Praia de Santa Tereza and the Yatch Club, our house is ideal for spending peaceful days close to nature with the family in Ilhabela.
The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.
Upon arriving at the house, it is necessary to park in the garage and climb flights of stairs. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with sofas and armchairs. Integrated into it, we have a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay, as well as a central island and industrial stove. For meals, there is a dining table with seating for 8 people.
On this floor, we also have two suites, a TV room that serves as a double bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

The Neighborhood
As we are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north. We are close to the famous center of Ilhabela, with a lot of culture, gastronomy and historical buildings that maintain their charm over the years. In addition, we are close to the Yatch Club and Praia de Santa Tereza. To get there, it is recommended to use a car.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - No pets allowed
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - As it has stairs, the house is not accessible and we do not recommend it for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
- - The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.
- - Parking for 2 cars in front of the house.
- - It is necessary to hire a day laborer to accompany guests during their stay (prices aside)
- - A security deposit of R$ 4.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
