The Home

Located in Jardim Acapulco Condominium, in Guarujá, our house has a complete infrastructure and was prepared to receive up to 13 people.

Access to the club is only allowed with payment at the door under payment of a fee per person/day directly at the concierge (value to be confirmed on site).

Our property has 560m² and contains five suites. Of the five, four are on the upper floor and one of them is on the ground floor, therefore, it contains accessibility.

Upon entering the living room, which is a large and comfortable environment, we have a room for a home office. This room contains an extra single bed, however there is no blackout curtain in place. On this same floor, we have a toilet, a bathroom, a multimedia TV room and a dining room.

The Neighborhood

The condominium offers 24-hour security with concierge, guards, electronic gates activated by magnetic card, video cameras and motorized patrols. The closest beaches to Jardim Acapulco are Praia do Mar Casado and Praia de Pernambuco, known for their beauty, white sand, green sea and pleasant climate. Praia do Mar Casado is a beautiful and very busy beach, located next to Praia de Pernambuco, where the phenomenon caused by Ilha do Mar Casado (which is between the two beaches) causes the tide to rise and the waters of the Praia do Mar Casado and Praia de Pernambuco meet, causing a beautiful natural effect. The waters are calm, clear and it is also a good choice for surfing beginners.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
  • 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.
  • 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
  • 4. We accept small pets, upon prior consultation (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
  • 5. Children allowed
  • 6. It is forbidden to throw toilet paper and sanitary pads in the toilets.
  • 7. You will see in the house rules that we normally do not provide bed linen and bath towels, but we do provide them for Homes & Villas by Marriott guests.
  • 8. Space for 4 cars.
  • 9. The condominium does not allow the entry of guests who are not previously registered at the concierge, even if it is just to spend the day
  • 10. A security deposit of R$ 2.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
