The Home
Located in the high-end condominium Costa Verde da Tabatinga, in Caraguatatuba, our 800m2 house accommodates 32 people in 9 suites. The house has a spacious balcony, complete gourmet area, swimming pool with beach, large garden and much more!
In addition, the condominium in which the house is located has leisure infrastructure and complete security, with amenities such as a 24-hour emergency room, bars and restaurants, sports and tennis courts, playground and gym.
There are no child protection screens.
We provide bed linen, bath and beach towels.
Upon entering the house, guests will have access to a large open-concept space that includes a living room with armchairs and sofas and a TV room. Next to it we have a dining room with a table for meals. The house has central air conditioning for your convenience.

In it, there is a complete leisure infrastructure with playground and sports courts, as well as amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and 24-hour concierge. The house is a few meters from the beach of Tabatinga, private to the condominium.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - We allow small pets, on request (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
- - We provide bed linen and bath towels
- - Do not change the furniture/decoration configuration of the house.
- - Standard house voltage is 220V
- - Please do not throw toilet paper and sanitary pads in the toilets.
- - The guest will have access to the entire area of the condominium: restaurants, pizzeria, sports and tennis courts, playground for children, mini-market and emergency room.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - There are no child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 10.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
