Designed by renowned architect Walter Gola, the Glass House offers comfort and sophistication close to the beaches of São Pedro and Curral, for up to 8 people.
Located in a closed condominium, our house is the right option for those looking for high style and tranquility. No matter the angle, we will always have a breathtaking view of the blue channel of Ilhabela and São Sebastião or the green of the Atlantic Forest.
Our house has about 250m2, it’s all glass and divided into floors, which can be accessed by stairs.
Upon arriving at the house, from the parking lot, guests must climb a few flights of stairs to access the ground floor. On this floor, we have 3 suites: 1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds, which can be converted into a double, if the guest wishes. All suites have air conditioning and clothes racks. The Neighborhood
Privileged location in a gated community, ideal for those seeking privacy, silence and comfort. There is commerce close to the house, such as a pharmacy, fishmonger, market and etc. We are a few meters from the beach of São Pedro and close to the beaches of Curral and Veloso. We are also close to well-reserved natural pools.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - No pets allowed.
- - The property has stairs and low guardrail. We do not recommend it for children, the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
- -We provide bed linen, bath towel and light microfiber blankets. We do not provide pool and beach towels.
- - If necessary, the caretakers will have access to the house to turn off lights and appliances.
- - Check-in can be carried out until 20:00 at the latest. After this time, a fee of R$100.00 will be charged, as we need to make a person available to open the house.
- - Space for up to 3 cars.
- - It is necessary to climb 100 meters of dirt road, which on rainy days can be more difficult. We recommend using 4x4 cars.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final value of the reservation.
