Located in the luxury condominium Outeiro das Brisas, our beautiful and newly built house was designed to provide the best experience for our guests who want to spend incredible days on the Bahian coast.
Our house has about 180m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 suites. It has a large balcony and deck with a private pool.
The condominium is located between Praia do Espelho and Praia do Outeiro and offers complete leisure, in addition to all the natural beauty of the region.
It is mandatory to hire our trusted housekeeper for maintenance and cleaning of the house during your stay. She will also be available to assist with meal preparation. (values apart)

The Neighborhood
The Outeiro das Brisas condominium is located on the coast of Bahia and is an exclusive place rich in natural beauty. The beach has a calm, shallow sea, with crystalline and warm waters. It is a great option for practicing water sports. During low tide, it is possible to enjoy the region for diving and snorkeling amidst the coral pools. Walking from there, you can still get to know other nearby natural places, such as the beaches of Jacumã, Itaquena and Itapororoca.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - It is mandatory to hire our reliable housekeeper for maintenance and cleaning of the house during your stay. She will also be available to assist with meal preparation. (values apart)
- - Visits are not allowed
- - We accept small pets, on request.
- - Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas

- - A security deposit of R$ 5.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
