The Home

Located in the Aldeota gated community, our 700m2 house accommodates up to 13 people very comfortably.

The place is surrounded by nature and has a jacuzzi, suites with fireplace and gourmet space.

There are no child protection screens.

We provide bed linen and bath towels. Our blankets are light. Therefore, we suggest that guests bring more units on colder days.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a spacious TV room with fireplace integrated into a dining room with table and chairs. In this same environment, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay and an indoor gourmet area with barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven.

From the living room, it is also possible to access a large balcony with a fire pit for colder days.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
  • - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
  • - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.
  • - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
  • - Visits are not allowed.
  • - We provide bed linen and bath towels. Our blankets are light. Therefore, we suggest that guests bring more units on colder days.
  • - We allow small pets, on request (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
  • - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
  • - A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
  • - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
