This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo is ground floor and in the Maverick building. Ski in & Ski out to the Kicking Horse lift for super easy mountain access. The property features a master with a queen bed and is en suite. The second bedroom has a twin over double queen and an extra twin if needed for kids. The second bathroom is in the hallway by this bedroom. Pull out queen in Loft space upstairs. The kitchen/dining area/living room is open and perfect for family gatherings. A The community hot tub is a few feet from the front door. There is ample outdoor/unassigned parking. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation no matter what the time of year as Granby Ranch offers not just skiing in the winter but mountain biking, golf, fishing, paddle boarding, and hiking outside of the ski season. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours 9p-7a.
- Check-in and Check-out times: Normal Check-in time is 4 pm, and Check-out is 10 am. We are authorized to charge you $50/hr and remove your items to our check-in center and charge
- NO smoking (of any kind) is permitted in the home.
- You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that are advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the unit. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
- You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking, and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $500 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party)
