Hacienda Del Mar 135 is a beautiful 2.5-bedroom golf-view apartment in the Hacienda Del Mar community inside Puntacana Resort & Club. Hacienda Del Mar features breathtaking views of La Cana Golf Course, a pool that is exclusive to its residents and guests and close proximity to the area’s best beaches.
Puntacana Resort & Club has 7 restaurants and bars, 45 holes of premium golf, 12 tennis courts of different surfaces, 2 beaches, a natural reservation and a marina.
Right outside the gates, you will find Puntacana Village, a small community that offers 8 restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy while a few minutes away you can find Blue Mall with its collection of premium shops and restaurants.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
