This charming home is located in the beautifully maintained community of Bay Pointe. We have four bedrooms with six beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Please relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation with family & friends at our beautiful renovated home close to Disney World. Our house has a private - south-facing pool & a fully equipped kitchen. We also have nice single beds, bunk beds, and a game room for kids. We are close to all attractions, theme parks, restaurants, gift shops, & malls.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - You have to pay for the security deposit before you arrive. It will be refunded after you check out if you don't cause any damage.
- - You have to sign a guest agreement.
- - We need the photos of your ID.
- - This property doesn't allow smoking, party, and pets.
