This 3 bedroom 2 bath upscale condo is well appointed and conveniently all on one level. The master has a King bed with a walk in shower that looks out to a beautiful private and secluded area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin with a twin trundle.
The outdoor living area is as nice as the inside! A private courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make for an extra special feature! This is a quiet little community to enjoy the tranquil beach.
There is a Ring security system at this rental. Sorry, no pets allowed.
THE MAXIMUM VEHICLES ALLOWED IS 2. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE HOA. VOLIATORS WILL BE TOWED. GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION. No boats no trailers.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
