This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation home at the Purple Parrot Village Resort has just been UPDATED with new furniture in the living room, including a brand new sleeper sofa with a gel memory foam mattress, a new comfy chair, and a 55 inch Smart TV on a new TV console! It also has a brand new wifi router and has miscellaneous updated decor throughout! The owners moved the living room TV into the master bedroom as well. This condo is in a secluded location on the resort yet still just a short walk from the outdoor pool and indoor pool house equipped with a pool, hot tub, saunas for both men and women and a fitness center. All of the condo buildings at the Purple Parrot Village Resort are two-stories and in this rental unit all the bedrooms are upstairs. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
