The Home
This is a two-story two bedroom vacation home. The condo has a king bed with wall mounted flat screen in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and both bedrooms have their own private bathroom to give the feel of two master suites. The living room has a sleeper sofa for the kids which allows it to sleep up to 4 adults and 2 kids for a max occupancy of 6 people. If your group is all adults, please limit to 5 people. The condo has also been equipped with a secure high-speed wireless internet connection, a screened in deck on the lower level and open-air deck on the upper lever with a hammock to doze off in during the warm Florida afternoons. Please note that this condo is not available for online monthly rentals March through September. Please call to inquire about monthly rentals within this timeframe. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
